Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 6-16 business days after processing, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Where we ship
We ship to the USA. If we don’t ship to your location, we’ll let you know at checkout.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. We offer free shipping on orders $30 or more.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 2-3 days to show updates after it ships.

Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or damaged packages
